Hi-Fi is a Sk8te cell specializing in communication and centered in high rise districts. While members perform more routine tasks, such as deliveries, they excel at organizing information and action between cells. Methods range from tags to mirror signals, and from code books to dossiers.

Their foundation links back to the old world. During blackouts, non-technology based communication was still required, as such methods were devised that allowed for the city to run even without phones. As the world progressed, their initial reason for existence disappeared, supplanted by a need to communicate out from under the eye of the heirs.

Most members of the group are focused more on intelligence than physical ability, only about 25% of the group are reasonably skilled in freerunning.
