Name: Lars "Ice man" Uomik Age: 40 Gender: Male Parent: Ithaqua, The Wind-Walker Personality: As cold and indifferent as the arctic he makes him home in, Lars is not a very sociable person. Partially stemming from the pro-longed lack of contact with any intelligent being (besides the ones he hunts), he is very awkward or blatant whenever he usually talks about anything to anybody aside from his father whom are able to understand each other intimately. Alignment: Great Old Ones (Currently...) Abilities: Invincible to cold temperatures, extreme endurance for running/travelling, master traditional hunter Tools/Weapons: Hand-made seal hook (improvised hockey stick and meat hook), Caribou leg bone knife, snow shoes, polar bear coat and cap, and a longbow with arrows fletched with arctic fowl feathers. History: Born near Ellesmere Island in Nunavut, Canada, Lars Uomik was the son of a Inuit woman and supposedly a poacher from Norway who had a come to seek a life away from civilization. In truth, Lars was a son of Ithaqua, The Wind Walker, or "Wendigo", whom was one of the Great Old Ones. Lars was never told this by his mother, whom had been tasked by her God to raise him in the ways of being a hunter of beasts and men until he came for him when he would be older. Lars grew up never knowing it was abnormal for him to not shiver despite the extreme cold, nor that his mother and fellow band members worshipped a deity who demanded human sacrifices and hunted men and women who travelled the northern frontiers of the world in order to appease their God. When he reached the age of 21, his "father" finally met him personally. Ithaqua had always watched him as he had been growing up, being a hunter covered in white, always afar, but now he decided it was time to test his son. For ever since Ithaqua had come into being and started producing offspring, he had desired to create a child greater than himself in order not just to replace him one day as the Wind Walker, but also to help free the other Great Old Ones from their prisons as he alone could not. Thus, ever since that faithful meeting, Ithaqua has tested Lars in all aspects of being a hunter and survivalist, and has tested his mind by introducing him to his half-dragon and ghoul servants and by giving him glimpses of Boreas, the world which Ithaqua took his sacrifices and primarily resided. These tests were necessary, for if Lars failed even one, he would join the legion of failed children, and Ithaqua would do everything in his power to kill him. Now, Ithaqua decided it was time to give Lars the greatest test of all next to facing him personally, and that would be taking Lars out of his element and throwing him into something altogether alien...
