>I was mainly thinking via avatar or telepathy/remote viewing or scrying directed through portals. Not future sight or pre-cog, just seeing things that aren't immediately present. Beyond that on a larger scale I'm thinking said dimension could interact with whatever environment is around it through perceiving spacetime fluctuations, gravitational disturbances, quantum phenomena, etc.
