[@Dog] This game isn't intended to be very political. Despite the setting and how widespread we may be at the start, the goal is to have us eventually grouped together and moving in one direction (not strictly on a railroad) on a more adventure romp with 'quests' and such. That being said, someone who is good at navigating politics may be helpful in more places than just the City and ultimately, later, any lasting changes could only be made by someone who's comfortable in that space. As long as you're aware of that, I think a type of character like this would really work well with what the story needs.
