I'll use Vitae then. And I tried to make it super "not really the whole government" but I can scrap the whole thing if I need to.

Edit: actually, I don't know. I'll still go with whatever but I really like the parallels to a certain character in the option a combo. Again, I'll leave it up to you but it'd be interesting to have a time limit in my mind.
