1) dudes 100% acceptable
2) a mix of both! they're fully visible to everyone, but there's a "recognition filter" type thing to protect the cast's identities
3) i suppose the overall tone would be relatively action-comedy. more light hearted than something like PMMM, but i also don't want anyone to feel like they [i]can't[/i] delve into darker territory when appropriate. so i suppose it would be something in the cardcaptor/precure range, yeah
