While Lingayen Gulf on the whole is the location of the conflict, the specific municipality of Lingayen and its beaches are the segment of the battle that you've all been called to. That's approximately 7 miles of beach and a city at your backs.

The rest of the gulf is also under threat, but it's also being defended by NPCs, who are... at least not losing outright, so for the time being, it's not your concern. After all, there's a good reason why so many Arms Masters are being hurled at this particular location.
