This is my first foray into the world of ERP. I'm looking for a partner able to post at a casual, to high-casual, level and preferably post in the third person when in character. Considering the hentai style of this one my partner's character should use an anime face-claim over a RL one. I'm still working out my kinks and limits so everything is up for discussion with the exception of the really gratuitous stuff like violence and toilet stuff. Keep in mind that since I am new to this and I don't want to overwhelm myself by taking on too much at once, applications to this are limited.

The Davis House is a small dorm house, located walking distance from the city college, that rents out rooms to students who, for whatever reason, can't or don't want to stay in the dorms on campus. For the longest time the manager of the dorm house only rented out to women, but due to rising costs and a lack of perspective tenants, applications have recently been opened to men as well. Luckily for you, you've managed to nab the last open room at the Davis House.[/center]

She is a soft spoken and maternal woman, who tends to act more like a mother to her tenant rather than a dorm manager or landlord.
