Bouncer’s face soured. She hadn’t even said anything yet. This fox was really the kind of girl who would throw herself into a burning building for total strangers but wouldn’t visit them in the hospital after? Geez! Wasn’t it kind of backwards for a person to be this opposed to getting involved in things despite how quickly she threw herself in harm’s way? Well, that was her prerogative. “Whatever.” How long would the boys be in the hospital for, a day or two? It would probably take a while for the cops to notice they were there, too. Bouncer could probably just go in the morning. Like around… maybe 3-ish. Some time before 4 pm, probably. It would be pretty early, but she could swing that. “Don’t suppose you have a change of clothes?” Bouncer sighed, pulling the sticky red fabric away from her skin again. God, she wanted a shower so bad. She didn’t really expect anything when she asked. More likely she’d just hunt around gas stations for a bit to see if any of them carried cheap overnight clothing.
