In an empty lab a light wind started to whirl, and electricity began to ark from a central point. As the wind got stronger and stronger papers and other light weight objects began to spiral around this point. The electricity became like lightning shorting out the lights in the building make snapping noises as it reached out through the room. All at once a black ball, twelve feet in diameter grew from the central point of energy engulfing parts on nearby tables and chairs, sustaining for no longer than a few seconds. When it disappeared the engulfed portions were gone and in the crater stood the figure of a man, he was black with red glowing stripes and lines on his body.

Victor looked around the new room he was in analyzing and trying to understand where he was, and how he got there. “Computer?” His slightly robotic voice sounded. “What happened?” there was silence for a short time before his Central Computer System (CCS) responded.
[i]”A singularity opened, dropping us here. We should be in the same spot from where we left, but it appears it is a different time. Where we were before… insufficient data”[/i]
Victor stood in the crater a little while while longer before he activated a panel on his arm typing something. Shortly after a trenchcoat and hat formed on him, and he walked out. Once at the front door an alarm went off as he opened it. He looked over at the alarm system, touched it with two fingers and a second later the alarm stopped allowing him to proceed out of the building.
