True. But white phosphorus (which US admitted in using) is a chemical weapon which yaddiyaddiyaddi became a news thing for a few stations if you recall. It is no longer in use if you keep up to date on current events. It all winds down to one question though: Who is fighting who in this war? What countries are involved?

The torture topic I honestly concede to. But torture is different from weapons of mass destruction and the death of the civilian population. 

By the end of the day, though.. The rule on big weapons is followed for one reason: One big boom will set the spark for the end of the world if the one you blew up also has bombs. But by all means go ahead and bomb the US! Fire will rain and hell will surface.
