They aren't a fighter but the demand a Trial by Combat and choose a Champion. Character B is the Champion who volunteers. What will Character B ask of Character A in return for saving them from their fate? - Arranged Marriage but make it gay: Character A is a powerful noble of some sort and is touring the country to meet eligible candidates for marriage. Character B is not one of the candidates and is still in the closet. Character A surprises everyone by picking Character B to court. Hilarity ensues. (MxM, FuxF, or FxF) - Alien Omegaverse-esque: A human and an alien are trapped in a small shuttle waiting for someone to pick up their distress signal.
