Rosa offered for her to walk with them, and Faye certainly appreciated it. While she would have been just as fine walking by herself to the ranch, she was happier to pass the time chatting with the two ranch girls. Not necessarily about life on their ranch, but just Pokémon in general. They seemed to spend just as much time - actually, more time truthfully - around Pokémon and it was always nice to chat about something people had in common. Some of the ones she saw were ones she expected, though not fully interested in any of them. Until she saw the torchic; her eyes lit up seeing the little chick walking around their coop. She hadn't heard of anywhere else in the region she could get one of those. That likely meant they cost a very handsome sum.

But the chaos around kept her from dwelling on that fact for very long. Given how her two companions reacted, she assumed this wasn't normal. Something was wrong and it sounded like - if her memory served - they were trying to hunt a Ditto that someone's pokemon had marked. [i][color=ee82ee]Magenta feathers?[/color][/i] The girls' father - she assumed it was their father given his attention full stop shifted to the sisters when they arrived - came over and looked a mix of relieved and panicked. But he said they'd hired a trainer, and given the feathers...well she was making a huge assumption but it might just be the pompous, posturing priss that she'd seen helped out of Kapoc's lab earlier that day. 

"[color=ee82ee]I'll catch up with you in a bit,[/color]" Faye said as Rosa dragged Lisa off to the house. Her attention turned back to their father as he refocused on her as well. Not entertaining guests, but... "[color=ee82ee]I know you said you hired another trainer to help, but since you don't know where he is - I can help. Like Rosa said, I'm a trainer too. Sounds like it might help you guys out to secure the ranch - make sure this shape changing Pokémon doesn't cause any more problems for you. My Rowlett could fly around, see if she sees anything like you described. Or my Eevee might be able to help track down where the trainer went to help him out.[/color]"
