Kijani read through the papers, slowly at first, but soon she was falling into the information. She didn't notice her hands starting to shake, when she read document after document, seeing redacted names, numbers, experiments and results... Her jaw was clenched tight, to the point where it should have hurt, but she was so detached from her own body that she could have taken a punch in the face and not noticed. "This.." Her voice sounded strange. "This is wrong." Somewhere in the house, there was a reeking stink. Copper and bleach... "This [i]has[/i] to be a mistake." Her torso throbbed with pain.
