I hope he pleases. He has hazel eyes, dark brown hair and a face that looks more mature than his age. Personality: The Cerberus was a three headed hound of hell. The moniker holds more significance than what meets the eye as the man behind the mask is also composed of 3 unique personalities. The schizophrenic has three distinct individuals living within that all bring something particular to the table. Rex - The Primary Rex is a combat expert, a fearless friend and a man who lives by his honor. He is the epitome of a tough Boy Scout with the loyalty of a soldier and the morality of a saint. Well versed in various weapons and a veteran of hand-to-hand combat, Rex is a force to be reckoned with. Daniel - The Intellectual Daniel is a technical savant. Whether you need to crack an electronic safe or hack a secured server, Daniel has the know how to bend most technology to his will. However, his combat prowess is exceptionally lacking and self preservation is higher on his list of priorities than his sense of valor. He'll certainly help a friend in need, but he knows his limits and would be hesitant to risk it all. Very book smart and tech savvy, Daniel is an incredibly useful tool to have on hand. "Mad Dog" Maddox - The Psycho Maddox is the dog Daniel and Rex try to keep caged. Problematic, manipulative and self-serving, Maddox is a broken entity with a lot of baggage. What's worse is... he has superpowers. Maddox, through a conscious surge of adrenaline that he can trigger at will, can attain a certain level of super strength, speed, agility and extraordinary durability. Though Rex can hit peak Olympic levels of human strength, Maddox can flip a car with relative ease. Undeniably the strongest and most resilient of the personalities, his gifts come with a price... The body that these personalities inhabit is very much human, so when Maddox triggers Super Mode, there is subsequently a period of absolute exhaustion to follow. Additionally, his Super Mode is finite, lasting no longer than an hour at the very longest and, of course, the longer he uses it, the more downtime he'll be forced to endure afterward. Physiology aside, Maddox's personality is akin to The Grinch's. He's a mean one. Mischievous, crude and sarcastic when he is calm. An absolute fiend of berserker rage in the heat of battle. He is an agent of chaos to the core. Background & Reason for Joining: Rex has always strived to be a hero and he has had a fair amount of success patrolling the streets of his neighborhood, doing what he can to keep them safe. Daniel, along for the ride, has found the good Samaritanism equally fulfilling. The two personalities worked out a deal where Daniel would be on during the daytime, making the most of his smarts to make money as an engineer while Rex would routinely take the wheel when the sun came down to clean up the streets. When the opportunity presented itself to join a league of superheroes that would cover a much grander scale, they both jumped at the opportunity. Not only would they be able to help their fellow heroes, they would be able to keep a greater number of citizens safe and if that wasn't the point of it all, then what was? Powers: Rex and Daniel: No superhuman abilities whatsoever. "Mad Dog" Maddox: Temporary superhuman strength, speed, agility and durability. Strong enough to flip a car with ease. Durable enough to laugh off falling from a 3rd story building. Fast enough to give a cheetah a run for its money. Agile enough to traverse the cityscape fluidly, zipping past obstacles as if they never existed or climbing heights that would normally be unattainable. Weaknesses: Rex and Daniel: These two are very much susceptible to all general human weaknesses with the added caveat of having fragmented personalities that can only drive the body one at a time. Rex does not have access to Daniel's intelligence and Daniel does not have access to Rex's brawn or bravery. "Mad Dog" Maddox: Maddox's greatest strength is immediately followed by his greatest weakness. If ever he were to use his super abilities, he would pay for them in the form of subsequent fatigue which would put him in a vulnerable position for a time relative to his power usage. Weapons/Accessories: Cerberus' suit provide an extra layer of protection from melee attacks as well as some protection from knife attacks. He is, however, not bulletproof. He has access to metal knuckles, pepper spray, handcuffs, electric batons and some bolas. When on patrol, he drives a heavily modified Hemi Cuda equipped with an assortment of almost Bond-like gadgets such as (but not limited to) a spring loaded harpoon, tire deflation jacks, bulletproof exterior, and a nitrous fed intake system to get him going when the going needs to get got. His goal, in any confrontation is non-lethal neutralization. That isn't to say that he's afraid to get bloody. If you put Cerberus in a corner, he'll fight his way out of it, even if it means having to cross his own lines.
