[indent]An exceedingly soft-spoken and meek individual, Netsu tends to fade into the backdrop if he hasn't spoken up in a while. Because of his extremely sheepish tendencies, he is easily taken advantage of by those louder or more assertive than himself such as the case of his bosses who often verbally coerces him into working obscene amounts of overtime with little resistance from the former. His lack of assertiveness or even presence causes the majority of his interjections and comments to be totally ignored by others, even in spite of solid reasoning. But an incredible mixture of patience, compassion, and understanding allows Netsu to straightforwardly forgive most trespasses against him. He is, after all, the type of person to not have any resentment or take things personally.

Most of his frustrations are left to his inner thoughts to be sorted out. Netsu prefers quiet contemplation to boisterous outward bursts of emotion. Hidden beneath his unassuming looks is a rather sharp intellect; he is quick to pick up on details that others may not have noticed or overlooked. Oddly enough, without his glasses, Netsu radiates a more notably commanding aura, enough so that it's immediately pointed out by those who see him in that state for the first time.

Perhaps his favorite person in the world is his younger brother, Samu, who regularly encourages Netsu to do his best in all things, asks nothing of him, and shows him unconditional kindness. At the same time, Netsu has a slight inferiority complex toward his brother seeing as how the latter is always lauded for being the popular standout guy exuding with confidence whenever the two are compared. He seems to have little trouble adapting to new and rapidly changing situations, and may even act in ways others might think unthinkable of such a person of his caliber. The transformed object seems to retain certain key characteristics of its previous state of existence. Such as when he transfigures a Xerox copier machine into a four-tubbed rocket launcher reminiscent of an [url=https://media.sketchfab.com/models/a4d9254ba78f48bf8c4b300b320e92cd/thumbnails/37b7abe5c74344b4a6111b0f90b35b56/5711571093d0439dabf143487fbc205c.jpeg]M202 FLASH[/url], there are noticeable parts of a copier attached to the weapon and the brand name 'Xerox' is splashed across the side. Furthermore, the ammo itself is made of printer paper; although it will still perform its intended function of blowing something up, inferring that the altered object disregards material composition to defy the conventional truths of reality.

Additionally, Netsu's firearms either contain or create unlimited ammunition for his use and he is able to shift his creations back and forth between states at will. Because of the otherworldly nature of his power, his weaponry can harm beings that are considered supernatural. Other commonly seen uses of his power include turning staplers into submachine guns, disinfectant spray bottles into revolvers, a water cooler into a flamethrower, and pencil holders into shrapnel grenades.[/indent]

[indent]Netsu uses immense psychic energy to heighten his natural physical abilities to superhuman-level degrees in order to effectively combat the paranormal forces that threaten his place of work. This power is instinctual, automatically activating whenever he enters battle. It allows him to fight and maneuver beyond the capabilities of any normal human; additionally granting him an insane boost to his already ridiculous stamina pool—tempered by years of grueling overtime—and durability. However, as that stamina pool depletes, the effectiveness of this power diminishes in turn until he is reduced back into an ordinary schmuck. After which it will take him some time to replenish his stockpile of psychic energy.[/indent]
