[b]Quirk(as of this moment):[/b] matter reconstitution: This allows Sav  to absorb Matter and the reconstruct it or expel it from his body at a high rate(Currently 60 MPH).
Sav can change whatever Matter he absorbs to another shape, with new mass and new weight distribution
 Currently Sav can only Store 100lbs of Matter in his body and for 3 minutes maximum before it expels from his body forcibly. 
Things that he is currently reconstituting or changing, become weightless to Sav. 


[b]Quirk Weakness'[/b]: Sav is only able to absorb things so quickly, if you were to throw a building at him he cannot absorb the building before it would crush him

Sav must know the EXACTS of what he is reconstructing the matter into. He can't just think: Gun. and Make a gun, he has to know everything from where the screws are to the inner working of the weapon.

Sav Expelling things at max speed is painful for him.

[b]Background/Personality:[/b] Sav is a happy go lucky guy  from a middle class family in Tokyo who looked up to heroes his whole life. But not just the big top guys. Those guys were amazing but the small guys too. He saw everyone had a dream. And they fought to protect it. More than that he often stood up against anyone talking bad about those 'lower' heroes as he saw them as being just as useful.
His dad owns a scrap yard and he was taught at a young age that everything has its place in the world nothing is garbage unless you make it garbage. 

When his quirk developed he excitedly was already wanting to be a hero and began practicing much to the dismay and cost of his father's business. Thankfully his mother's restaurant was able to cover all the damages. But his parents were very supportive as he dreamed of being a hero, to show people that it's an obtainable goal, that dreams are something to chase no matter who you are. Even as just a son of a Junker. 

[b]How did you get into UA?:[/b] Exam

What was a fateful moment in the exam or recommendation?: Sav was already filling up the scoreboard destroying robots left right and center, he had even destroyed one of the larger ones because all he had to do was absorb the legs out from under it. But in this moment he had a chance, he ran past the man stuck under some debris as he saw a friend he had made that day: Hye-Jin . "HEY! It's you with the thing. Can you have it throw me?!" 

While flying through the air Sav was heading towards two giant robots, as he came towards the first one metal began to come out of his hand and fuse into a massive hammer the size of the Robot's head. "I'll put all my mass and weight there at the end of the hammer, SO" he would smash this giant hammer down onto the robot as it would catapult him forward to another one. "I can go at a high speed!" 

Sav would stick his  hands out as a thick metal shell would form around him like he had two shields that made him look like a giant bullet flying across the sky. Meanwhile the robot he smashed was falling over on a building with innocents in it, but Sav was having way too much fun to think about that. He felt impact as his shell like bullet pierced the giant robot's head sending it falling to the ground.

Sav would finish 3rd in his class closely behind 1st and 2nd for Combat efficiency.
However he also Finished 35th in supportive efficiency. But it was enough to pass, and Sav is looking forward to the chaos and craziness that the future has for him!
