There are some things a little bit like Vampire the Masquerade. 
For one, there's no "Paradox" it's called "Overshadowing", and there is something like The Masquerade I'm thinking of calling "The Shadowgames" You need to play characters that are at least adult age, so 18 or older. This is basically one large supernatural society, including a witch school, a vampire cabal, a werewolf tribe, etcetera.
