She has been taught to always consider someone's feelings and make sure to be appreciative of the differences humans have, "one type of color could never form the rainbow flag" was one of her father's favorite sayings he came up with. Micah tries hard to keep an open mind about anyone she meets, but she has great trouble with that. Having been bullied by certain types of people all her life made it hard for her to not categorize the rest of them into stereotypes. She likes it a little more quiet, has never partied before and also doesn't know if she would enjoy such a scene. [/indent]

[indent]Adopted. Gay fathers. Picture of her as a child. She had everything a kid could wish for, inlcuding two really loving fathers, that payed attention to her needs and feelings, but also tried to give her as much freedom as she desired. They always let her try herself out, encouraging her to test her limits and find her passions. They were easily awed by anything she accomplished and so Micah never had the feeling of being inferior in any way, making it easy for her to grow steady self-esteem and healthy self-love.[/indent]

[indent]Her grandmother, [father]'s mother, was born deaf. Due to her father having such a close relationship with her (and also him wanting his daughter to be able to go to someone, if she ever had trouble at home), he insisted on Micah learning sign language to be able to easily communicate with her grandmother. Micah has a really tight relationship with her grandma, who loves her dearly and spoils her way too much.[/indent]
