Mm.. no Dx

I do have another question though, [@LegendBegins]. How does one go about taking over another name that someone else has? Someone who's been inactive for over 2 years. Can you just simply take over that account, or.. how does that work? Cause I've had my eyes set on the name [@Hiraeth] for a while, but someone on the site already has that name, though they joined 7 years ago, haven't been seen in 2, and only have 15 posts. Would an account transfer be possible, and their previous posts deleted..?
