Why would he be partaking in OPs if he's under heavy heat from Govt Orgs? 

I don't mind him being a soldier but I feel alot is put on him being some rogue illusive soldier of interest.


[@Benzaiten] I like the story, but if you were under the vestage of Helena. Most likely you were made a ghoul, and blood bonded. I can explain what that is when I get home and if you have questions but if you were with her for years you would basically be one of her lackeys - in a sense.

Your desire seems to edge more towards atonement, you were played - unless if Eli doesn't see it as that and is still stuck with some infatuation with Helena (a side effect of being blood bonded)
