All the updated cards are now in the codex. I'll include them here as well for convenience while reading this. The idea is that these cards in the codex are a single, unique copy that everyone can use. Then, I'll sort out additional copies as 'loot' from the bosses. I'll do that for the previous boss, next. So, if you want to use duplicate cards in a post, you have to have access to several unique copies of the same card, if that makes sense. For example, if I would have a copy of 'Blade Idol' from loot after a boss, then I'd have 2 copies of 'Blade Idol' when counting the one in the Codex.
