Nick is alone. He doesn't pride himself on his connections and doesn't understand the true benefits of friendship. His one or two stabilizers include his family and his extra curriculars, but if he had to be described, the best way to put it would be outcast, albeit a self imposed one. Nobody knows that though from how he carries himself, seen on the outside an energetic, joking exterior hiding the cunning child who is always prepared for the worst case scenario.

[color=skyblue][indent][sub]From the day he emerged out of graduate school, Holland Hills decided he would do something that would attempt to change his community. He set up a small business and using connections, was able to persuade a group of lightly paid volunteers to help run shop. Fast forward a couple of years, and business was booming. It wasn't hard to see that with life going so well, Holland had focused on yet another thing: new love. In the beginning, He had noticed Julia from the moment she strolled in, poised and graceful,and took a liking to her almost immediately. Now, it appeared to be going somewhere. A few months later, they slept together for the first time.

Following that, they started dicussing a future and decided that they would try to have a child. Skipping the graphic part, they succeeded and brought a baby boy into the world in Orange County, maybe 10 miles from the store where it all started. Almost two decades later, that very child is going to enter his last year of high school. His(Nick's) hopes barely outweigh the reality he forces himself to see for the first time. and is ready to finally show them all that he's worth something as a human. Oh, and although it's very small, he's excited to meet new people who have the skills to succeed at the same level he does.
