Thanks for clicking! I'm Gomlet, an artist and writer aiming to capture yet-unseen coherence in the surreal. I'm a huge fan of stories and settings that seem bizarre at first glance... but in fact have a breathing ecosystem of logic below the surface. Stories such as that of Hylics 2. An indie RPG whose art is entirely digitized claymation - wherein you tenderize meat from enemies to increase your base Flesh stat. Which sounds insane until you play through it for awhile. Eventually you adapt to living n that world. It becomes like breathing. To a lesser extent a lot of classic science fiction scratches the same itch for me. Even more infrequently, some isekai novels, progression fantasies, and LitRPG quench my thirst to quantify the alien into familiarity. I'm also pretty big on urban photography. Specifically impractical and abandoned places! There's this one spot near me where they tore out a mall but kept 3 parking garages standing in the field. Locales like that rule. For past RP experience, I don't actually have much I can point to. My most active time roleplaying was when I was using ROBLOX as teen. I'm kind of ashamed of that because I had no way of archiving those stories... Whatever though! RP is an awesome creative process and I want to do it again now that things are less hectic in my life.
