Sure, he could have come over the mountains or through the entrance canyon, perhaps from Brightvale. He could encounter a couple of [url=https://i.imgur.com/avuNuec.png]thugs[/url] that wheedle him for some sort of entry tax. Barring that, you could always have him encounter and accidentally set off something like a [url=https://i.imgur.com/NKJ3KQL.png]Ruin Guard[/url], which being made of metal would be so resistant to both cutting and weak crossbow bolts that Galeem's influence would lock him into a long and unpleasant fight, obliging one of the other PCs to give him a hand.
