Ok, what about a sanctioned psyker? Maybe even a primaris psyker.

Just so you know ive been playing 40krps for atleast seven years, so im not going to be the psyker that causes perils at the earliest opportunity. Instead im going to play him as sort of a philosopher who buffs the team.
