Name: Nakahara Sanae
Age: 17
Appearance: Just your average student
Personality: A nice girl that's also a bit of a doormat, Sanae does her best to avoid conflict of any kind. With a seeming inability to say 'no', she's the type of girl that would stay behind after school to attend to other students' cleaning duties, always wearing a smile and proclaiming she was just happy to help. She certainly abhors violence, and immediately interferes in any conflict she comes across to try and defuse the situation. Striving to see the good in everybody, she will do her utmost to facilitate that good. Being so trusting, this can lead to her naivete being easily exploited, unfortunately. Of course, Sanae is hardly a saint, she's just as annoyed as anyone would be when her good nature is taken advantage of. It'll certainly take a while, but when you send her over the tipping point, she will not let you hear the end of it. A handy cheat for those interested: Threatening or insulting her remaining family in any way will immediately draw out the latent anger hidden within. Or make her panic. Either way, her passive nature is compromised.
Skills: Thanks to the various jobs and requests she's taken on, Sanae's gotten quite good at efficiently cleaning, cooking, accounting, organising and even general inventory management.
Equipment: In order to better control Mina, Sanae has been given a [s]plastic[/s] cross to scare the vampire into compliance when needed.
History: Sanae was born into a relatively ordinary family, though her parents were frequently working. While they dearly loved their daughter, in order to support their family it seemed the both of them were frequently unable to remain at home, leaving her in the care of her grandfather when they were away. While she loved her grandfather, as she grew older she grew more and more frustrated with the absence of her mother and father. One day, she found herself far too frustrated to bear, and she snapped at her parents when they were leaving for more work. Refusing to leave her room even when her grandfather arrived, it was in this state that she learned there had been a terrible accident, and both her parents were now dead. Crushed not only by their deaths but the fact her last interaction with her mother and father had been so negative, Sanae entered a depressive state that took quite some time for her to recover from, only with significant help from her grandfather and one of her other remaining relatives, a young cousin of hers. Unfortunately, with her grandfather's age and ailing health, even though she has outwardly managed to recover from the deaths of her parents she has found herself taking on part-time jobs in a bid to support what remains of her family. It was on the way home one night from one of these jobs that she found herself in a terrible situation, confronted by a monstrous entity hungry for ether and the street thugs it had enthralled. It was the timely arrival of a certain vampire, and the contract that they formed, that gave her the power to beat down the thugs and send the yokai fleeing in fear and shock. Somewhat forcibly recruited due to the nature of her contract, it seems Sanae's money woes are at an end. But she now faces a new set of problems...
Other:

Name: Shiroyama Higasha
Race: Gashadokuro
Age: Approximately 450 years old
Appearance: Deathly pale, but feeding on ether keeps the skin-and-bones look at bay. Naturally, she has a towering skeletal form as well, capping at up to 20 metres (depending on available ether and location), with flickering flames within the eye sockets and ribs.
Personality: A curious girl that seems to find charm and wonder in all aspects of life, Higasha is rather inquisitive when it comes to how humans live their lives, totally enthralled by modern technology and what it allows. Even if she fails to comprehend the full context behind an object's functions, it won't stop her from marvelling and gushing about the long-range communication device that can also instantly freeze moments in time, or gather information from an invisible, expansive library in an instant. Though her excitement may be difficult to discern from just a glance, Higasha's face is rather inexpressive. Still, she's quite earnest in her current endeavours. In stark contrast to her eagerness for learning of modern technology, Higasha can be quite lethargic and lazy about anything not directly related to her newfound streaming hobby. And sometimes even her streams consist entirely of lying on the floor and saying nothing for several hours. Due to her general lack of initiative in conversations, she can seem either shy or dismissive; don't worry, she's totally paying attention, she's just not used to having so much interaction yet.
Abilities: As a Gashadokuro, she is able to assume a form more typical of her kind. Like, a giant, flame-adorned skeleton that can tower over most households. Perfect for smashing things, which is also not the recommended course of action generally. Given her nature as, effectively, the Living Dead, Higasha is difficult to put down permanently. Unless she happens to antagonise some onmouji, Higasha will keep standing back up from any kind of hit, lethal or otherwise. Bigger firepower will mean more time spent reviving, and almost certainly will strip away the human disguise Higasha has crafted. That said, she'll need to consume more and more ether for multiple revivals, so eventually she'll have to stay down, purely due to a lack of energy. Despite the frail appearance of her human guise, however, she still packs the enhanced strength of a youkai. While thankfully restrained in comparison to her giant form, she's still capable of easily lifting a human adult with one hand.
Skills: Higasha is... not particularly note-worthy in any field, it turns out. She's certainly no martial artist, her understanding of electronics is still far too rudimentary (and stream-focused) to be of notable use... if she has any talents, she's yet to discover it.
History: Higasha barely recalls any details of her early life. Back then, she was kind of a meandering mass of hatred of death, born after one of several, sadly common, bloody battles waged by a now-infamous feudal lord. A strong desire for brutal vengeance drove the gashadokuro's existence at that time... which promptly disappeared one day, at the same time a totally-unrelated fire broke out at some castle. Left with nothing else to really focus on, the gashakdokuro decided to lie down somewhere and have a little nap, and figure out it could do later. ...Several centuries later, the giant skeleton monster had woken up to find the country had changed dramatically, and after consulting with another youkai, decided that the best thing to do would be to adopt a human form and learn about the world. With a newly-constructed human body (designed to the helpful youkai's specifications), wandered into the city late at night. There, she was discovered by a girl that found her light clothing wholly unsuited for a late Winter's night and took her in before Higasha froze to death. This girl, Akane, became someone important to the gashadokuro. Through her, she had learned a great many things, such as the existence of the internet, the concept of streaming her daily life, and becoming a beloved, entertaining presence known the world over. With this newfound fame and clout, she would repay Akane's kindness in any way she can! Never mind that Higasha has yet to achieve any real fame beyond being a niche marvel of total ineptitude; anything Akane wants, Higasha will comply. Even if this means taking on work as some sort of grudge-slayer, or whatever it was. Contracting with the girl that so kindly got her streaming career started, Higasha will put her dumb muscle (Or, uh... sturdy bones?) to good use, so she can get right back to streaming reaction content.
