[i]Feeling that he had no chance to win over the wolf, Lambda awkwardly took the credit card and put it in his pocket. His biggest worry is how he was going to explain to his dad that he got a 1 million black label credit card.[/i]

[i]Kurogane tried to be patient, but he was triggered by the fact that Alrune was mocking him in the same exact way when he was a captive at the circus, back in Izumo. That immediately ticked him off, because his past was in no way fun and it was only filled with pain for him. He didn't want to remember what he went through, and Alrune did it, despite him being innocent. He turned with the most dead expression at Lambda, and immediately grabbed Alrune by his neck.[/i]

[color=bc8dbf]"... You have five seconds to take it back before your skin changes to meat red."[/color] [i]Kurogane spoke.[/i]

[color=fff79a]"K-Kurogane, stop!"[/color] [i]Lambda tried to hold him by the arm and pull him, but Kurogane just tossed him back at the stairs.[/i]

[color=bc8dbf]"I don't care if I'm gonna be banned from this place, I'll end you."[/color] [i]Kurogane said, holding him even tighter.[/i]

[i]The librarian was ready to intervene at the scene. However, Lambda felt responsible for solving this issue since he was involved. With a hand signal, he asked her to stay back and not intervene.[/i]

[i]From Lambda's hands, a small leaf with a twig of maybell flowers bloomed. The flower began to shine as a gold aura covered it. As the flowers dispersed their aura, positive energy started to flow around the area. The students and staff around the vicinity started to feel more relaxed and happy as if any signs of anger and stress began to dissipate from their minds. And this aura began to affect Kurogane, Darla and Alrune, so Lambda grasped this opportunity to calm Kurogane down even more.[/i]

[color=bc8dbf]"Grrrr... I... wait... huh?"[/color] [i]Kurogane let go of Alrune's neck while starting to calm down.[/i]

[color=fff79a]"I don't know what happened before, but please calm down. I don't want you two getting yourself into trouble with the staff."[/color] [i]Lambda asked.[/i]

[color=bc8dbf]"I... fine. I don't even feel like it anymore."[/color] [i]Kurogane spoke, in a much calmer tone than before.[/i]

[color=fff79a]"Phew... that's good. Kuro, can you please go upstairs back to our table and get our stuff?"[/color] [i]Lambda asked again.[/i]

[color=bc8dbf]"But what about that plant stuff you were trying to get?"[/color] [i]Kurogane asked him back.[/i]

[color=fff79a]"I'll continue researching it some other time. For now, I think we should start heading out."[/color] [i]Lambda answered him.[/i]

[color=bc8dbf]"If you say so."[/color] [i]Kurogane said, going upstairs.[/i]

[i]The extent of Lambda's power. A power created to understand people, given to him by the Goddess of Compassion and Trust. Unusable for battle but useful in these situations. He really wanted to settle things peacefully and this was a way for him to actually do it. As Kurogane finally left the realm of sight, he finally approached Alrune, still holding the maybell in his hands.[/i]

[color=fff79a]"I didn't have the moment to say this earlier, but I really wanted to thank you for helping my senior. I also want to apologize for not helping you earlier, when you confronted that man."[/color] [i]Lambda said, bowing to Alrune.[/i]
