Sounds like whatever character you're creating has a lot in common with Regret. Their main point of difference seems to be in the execution of justice, which is something she can come around on. Yddrog might come around too if you can persistently make a case for it for several years without incurring his displeasure. He can be persuaded to treat humans just as poorly as the rest of his monsters. :P
