     Oliver turned his head as the Sorceress Supreme explained the situation and made a small "hum" noises. He piped up quickly, "[color=7d16c7]Not to try to get inside the mind of two psychopaths, but [i]why[/i] are they trying to do this?.[/color]" Oliver asked. There was a reason arsonists didn't burn their own houses down, and it was because they lived there. "[color=7d16c7]Presumably they don't want to destroy reality, on account of them having to continue to exist inside it and all.[/color]"

    Oliver really had to learn not to talk to incredibly powerful people like they were idiots, and he didn't mean offense, but it seemed like they were often either withholding information, or not sure of things themselves. This is why mission briefings were written down, over many pieces of paper, because details mattered. He knew that time was of the essence, but this seemed pertinent. Incongruities in the motivations and actions of people could be leveraged against them, and save bloodshed from occurring.
