Yeah, when I mentioned hovercraft I was specifically picturing the Gotengo from Godzilla Final Wars. As for other advanced military tech, it would be cool if they had something that could actually damage a kaiju. I've seen way too many scenes of Godzilla stepping on useless tanks.
