Sorry about the title. I just couldn't come up with anything better. Like I've said before our story will take place in Miami, Florida. I'm not gonna bother laying down rules since we know each other and we are both reasonable people. I'll just say that standard RPG rules apply here like they do elsewhere. I've decided to make a CS template for NPC's too because we will not be alone in the story. We will also discuss here any other stuff.
