True. I was thinking more for the sake of having a visual overview, than to create a tactical thing that has any strategic value whatsoever (it obviously wouldn't) - At least something. I feel it is lacking as it is.

Edit: I was involved in a comic book battling site a few years back, they had an excellent battlemap overview system that served well as a backdrop for the war that was going on in the main storyline. It was pretty rad. War for Arcadia, if anyone is familliar with it.
