[/quote] No, it's not altering timelines or changing events, just the flow of time for people he touches. Eri can't change timelines with her time powers, she can only reverse time for objects or people. His powers cannot extend farther than reversing or speeding up time on touch for anything living. That means buildings cannot be affected, he's not capable of reversing the earth to it's beginning, he actually has to touch things, so anything intangible cannot be changed. Also, I'm specifying that living thing, so he can't actually revive the dead by reversing time, as only those who are alive can be affected by his powers. There are a lot of weaknesses and he is in no way a god.
