[@Steel Legion] Great question!! Seeing as were going to be playing lower class heroes and villains, they may be somewhat skilled in some areas with alot of room to grow think rookies. Essentailly I want to have OCs that will eventually become powerful enough to joing the ranks of The Justice league or the Legion of doom. 

Those whom choose to play mercenaries follow the same concept and have a choice in the faction they want to be in or just continue growing as a mercenary

Lastly, if you happen to grow a bit as a hero and happen to become a villain or vise versa they would have to crawl up the ranks.
