The issue is that our specific office is literally 3 women. 4 when the one coworker who knows her shit comes back from maternitvy leave.

The only reason I have 'seniority' is because the other MA has been here about 2 months, and all of the rest of the people in the office only use it as a sattelite location. The 3 of us are permanent staff. So when the shit went to hell, everyone looked to *me*.
