Bob and Talia's coordination went off without any issue and the false super sluggishly chased after the dancer and her ribbons. The finale was coming to a close, the monstrous man had been positioned underneath the chandelier Bob was on. Link and Manny were in a relatively safe distance away from the danger. And, of course, Talia had danced herself away from the danger zone to let gravity take this pesky thorn on their side away once and for all.

With one swift motion of Bob's free hand, the thick rope holding up the canopy is cut and the large hefty light fixture freefalls 20 feet down and towards the brute. The impact causes a significant tremor to shake the entirety of the nightclub and a cacophonous crash echoes throughout the building. As the dust settles, there lies the unconscious form of the false super. Underneath 400 pounds of bent steel, shattered crystal, and broken light bulbs. Bucur had not seen the entirety of the event but he was horrified none-the-less. [color=green]"YOU SONS OF BITCHES! THAT CHANDELIER WAS AN ANTIQUE!"[/color] Gone was his concern for his severely injured leg, all he was focused on now was cussing out the remaining CHAMPs in his native Romanian.

It was a hard battle, with Link blowing a fuse and Manny unconscious, but it was all worth it in the end. The CHAMP proved themselves to be legitimate heroes.

But as celebrations go, they had to be cut short by the sound of the front door being kicked in and the sudden presence of the Hero City Police Department. [b]"HPD! Freeze!"[/b] The group of the boys in blue warned everyone while drawing their pistols. [b]"Woah, woah, woah! Boys calm down. Situation has been handled by the heroes."[/b] Said a [url=https://i.pinimg.com/736x/9d/2b/dd/9d2bdd82febf330f45be1718d6ce1b64--detective-noir-art-cyberpunk-detective.jpg]man[/url] who parted the sea of blue uniforms, badges, and drawn guns. He looks to Talia and then to Bob hanging on the celling with a confused look on his face, before he sees the unconscious form of the Latino man. [b]"Oh my God, Manny! Someone wheel him out and into the ambulance!"[/b] He yells at the number of police officers present. [b]"NOW GODDAMNIT!"[/b] The police then scramble out to do what the man told them to. Soon an EMT team arrives and places Manny on a stretcher to be taken to the hospital for medical treatment. Other EMT teams escorted by pairs of police officers arrive to capture and treat the other injured criminals and to get Link some psychiatric help.

Once this was happening, the man approaches Talia but stops at a safe 10 feet away before introducing himself to the two remaining heroes. [b]"I'm Lieutenant George Brenner. I assume you're the 'new team' Manny talked about?"[/b]
