Mini-medics haha Also I swear I didn't copy you [@Expendable] haha. It just seems we both had it in mind for half-elves with facial scars on the left side of their faces who are a lot like foxes and also enjoy summer and are also ex-military and jeez there's a lot similar. But I've had this character for about 4 years or more now, just a lot of coincidences.
Really weird how we'd wind up running into two right-handed swordsmen, you'd think they were in the majority or something ;) I've had Ilyana for a year and a half now and don't believe you copied me. The details of her history was generated using Central Casting. Now, I've been thinking of either bringing in a witch or a priestess as a second character. The witch could help as a midwife, making medicines (like the stuff Ilyana drinks to settle her stomach), treating injuries and illness. Why is she traveling? Turns out when the neighbor's crops die and their cows drop dead in the fields and yours don't, they get to thinking someone (ie you) must have put a hex on them. So it's a really good idea to live outside of town with a clear view of the road so when the torches and pitchforks appear, you can be out the back door with what little you can carry. But, there's already two doctors. Haven't seen any priestesses yet. There's a character I came up with a year or so ago about a priestess who serves a wandering god of the road, so it makes sense his priests wander along roads as well. She also has a side-job as a cobbler, repairing people's shoes - seemed sensible to me at the time. And this is a pilgrimage. But these are not the only two to whisper in my ear.
