After a lengthy conflict with the other realms, far away from Midgard, Asgard is in tatters. Odin is dead and the throne stands empty. Thor had left the battlefield centuries ago, settling for a quiet life on midgard after he put an end to the rampage of a mad mongol wielding magical weapons. For all intents and purposes, Thor had become one with humanity and when his father left, Thor was called to take the throne. He declined. He was called weak and soft, an attempt to bring out the savage warrior his fellow Asgardians had known, a plot was made to cut him off from the parts that made him human. Tragedy struck his human family at the end of the last century, what they expected would be a divine fury turned out to be nothing more but the fading of a flame. Thor Odinson was no king. He could not even be a warrior. His spirit broken he has been placed in prison on a non disclosed world while his home is stuck in a bloody civil conflict with divine consequences. I’m coming in hot with an idea that’s equal parts MCU-Thor as it is Kratos from the two most recent God Of War games. My goal is to paint a more honest picture of the Nordic gods, according to the norse mythos, than Marvel tends to. Thor isn’t just unworthy, he’s broken, chained like an animal. With time, his bleeding heart will mend, growing into a callous. Thor is not an avenger and the only things humanity would know about him are the old norse myths, an unlucky few would have experienced the extraordinary lightning storm that put an end to the Khan-empire as they attempted to raid a small village on the edge of Finland in the medieval age. My plans involve him finding his will to fight once more, gather the allies and the might needed to put an end to the fighting in Asgard and hopefully get revenge on the ones who betrayed him. As an aside, once he’s out of prison he’ll be quite available for side stories on his quest to become worthy.

[SUP][SUB]
C H A R A C T E R N O T E S:
[/SUB][/SUP]

Characters I have loose to concrete plans for are: The warriors 3 Lady Sif Jane Foster Baldur Loki The Jotuns The Vattir Maliketh

[SUP][SUB]
S A M P L E P O S T:
[/SUB][/SUP]

It do be on the way.

[SUP][SUB]
P O S T C A T A L O G:
[/SUB][/SUP]

We’ll see..

Oh shit!
