I would adjust Remy's level to Class 1 since his power isn't really dangerous at all. Also, since no one suspects him of being a Variant, then his notoriety with N.O.V.A. would actually be None.

As with the other character, I would adjust Dianus' level to Class 1 since the act of teleportation itself isn't inherently dangerous.
