After Abelle's Hype-gene Extremism manifested in her bodily transformation and mental degradation, Winter was commissioned secretly by PRCU to use her abilities to wipe the memories of all who bore witness and effectively un-person Abelle, lest her horrible fate be used as ammo by the anti-Hype lobbyists of the world.
