[@Spin The Wheel] So, I think there would be a good chance that Mougin wouldn't be able to stop the snake-girl. There's probably a 10% chance that he might notice her and stop her from cutting his bag. Then, depending on how his reflexes match up to her escaping skills, I'd say he only has a 20% chance of catching her before she gets away. 

Do you agree with these numbers? Keep in mind, these gang members do things like this on the daily, while this is Mougin's first encounter with the outside world. If you believe his odds of success should be higher, let me know why.
