Ehh... not sure the timeline me and Master Bruce worked out really meshes with that, but Static probably [i]was[/i] around the same time Dick was, so he'd have at least heard of him.

Of course, they could just run into eachother on the road at some point and get up to some chicanery without the need for past ties. Either way, we can just play it by ear.
