Interesting. But something that wasn't explained: does this mean we can't use NPCs unless approved? Like, if I want Static to interact with Flash as an NPC, I need to wait a week for approval? So, basically, the only NPCs we can interact with freely are ones that fall under the banner of character legacies?
If they're a title character in this instance, I wanna say yes. We always tend to shy away from characters in these games that fit the setting, just because they don't have a player. If you had an idea for the Flash that you were going with before, hit me up - obviously once an NPC sheet is accepted they are free to be used by anyone (If the NPC is accepted you don't need to post a new sheet and wait seven days). Villains tend to be a lot more fluid than the hero PoVs. The addition to making a NPC sheet allows us as a playerbase create a rough vision for a character that fits the theme of the game in a way that works for everyone (If anyone has notes on Aquaman and Flash feel free to comment) meaning we can interact with them. To pick on [@Lord Wraith] again, maybe a Thangarian Party lands on a small isolated island and it would enhance his story to have Aquaman in it, with there being a sheet he can have more than a bland interaction with him without worrying about ruining things for a player later, since we've a little lore already established on him. I think I've explained it right. If not [@Lord Wraith] will set me right. Opposition: If a whole load of you oppose this idea I'm happy to reconsider. I'm just trying something different that would allow us to add more life to the world, without ruining fun for potential future people.
