His emerald eyes tend to pierce right through a person, almost as if he could see their soul. His Orcish blood makes his skin a shade of darker gray than most human colorations. He has thick black hair that goes down to his shoulders. Dubuk also has sharp pointed teeth, but he tends to try to hide them.

Backstory

Born in the Northern Lands, Dubuk was the byproduct of Human and Orc barbarian clans interacting. Not wanted by either race, Dubuk was left on the steps of a monastery, one respected as a neutral place among the war-torn north. Raised among Humans and Elves, Dubuk would know little of his own Orc kind, instead focusing on the worship of Alitheas, Goddess of Life, the Harvest, and the Warm Seasons.

As part of his studies, Dubuk would be trained in some basic divine spells. Finding that he had a knack for them, one of the priests at the monastery would suggest that Dubuk pursue the path of a Cleric. As part of this new path for Dubuk, he would begin combat training. Dubuk would take to this naturally, perhaps due to his barbarian heritage.

By the age of eighteen, Dubuk had become a full fledged Cleric, able to channel the divine energy of Alitheas. He would remain at the monastery for several more years, unsure of what to do with his new abilities. It was then that the old concept of a pilgrimage was brought up. In ages past, Clerics would leave their temple and travel the world, helping those in need. This was all in an effort to get closer to their worshiped deity.

So roughly a year ago, Dubuk would set out from his monastery, heading south. It would take the Cleric a few months to reach civilization, where he would learn of the concept of adventurers. Figuring that adventurers were also helping those in need, Dubuk would lump himself in with them.

Before today, no one had hired Dubuk as he traveled from village to village. The Cleric has begun to doubt the faith of those in the wider world.
