His eyes rarely linger anywhere, shifting to anything and anything within eye sight. He puts on a professional guise but most can see through the smoke a mirrors and tell that's not how he would naturally act. His more natural mannerisms are a mystery to most given, despite his seemingly friendly demeanour, he is quick to trust but slow to bond with. He rarely breaks 'character' and is always seems to be high-strung but affable. [SUB]D A Y S - G O N E[/SUB] A good chunky of Wendy's life was spent in isolation. He wasn't the most sociable kid growing up but wasn't bullied for it either; his peers left him alone for the most part. Wendy would try to put himself out there more as he moved onto high school and eventually college but he wasn't able to find any close friends or social hobbies that he could stick with. His long standing isolation would come to an end when he was handed out a leaflet while on campus one day; an ad for a pastor giving a sermon on campus later that week. Wendy had tried religion before but, like most things he tried, he would give up on it after attending the church a couple times. This time was different though; the pastor's words were speaking to Wendy and whether it was some religious awakening or the speaker's natural social magnetism, Wendy found himself hooked. Finally finding a community he felt comfortable with, Wendy threw himself into the organization by volunteering for events, studying scripture and bonding with his new brothers and sisters. Things were going well for Wendy until his new community started getting some scrutiny from outsiders. In response, the faith's leader held a fund-raising event with members to buy a plot of land for the group. Needless to say the zealots raised the money and the group moved off the grid, Wendy included. Over the coming months the group would become more and more self-sufficent as well as more isolated. Wendy learned many a new skills while tolling away on the property and further cemented his identity as a member of the group. Nothing good lasts forever though. Wendy was sent on a rare trip to the outside world for supplies, only to return to an empty lot. Seemingly the whole community had vanished; cars were still around, tasks left half completed and the occasional set of footprints ending where more should continue. He stayed in the building for some time, waiting and hoping for the others return that would never come. In the coming months Wendy would move on, getting a job and spending every ounce of his free time looking into finding his missing brothers and sisters. He would eventually be approached by NSPD about the supposed 'cult' that he was a part of; at the time he didn't see it that way but the longer he was cut off, the more he realized what he had been mixed up in. Wendy couldn't provide much more info on the group that the police didn't already know but this encounter planted the seed in Wendy's head on joining law enforcement. While at most times he may not have a chance of joining their ranks, with the advent of the Morse Code Killer a person of Wendy's veiwpoint may be of some help. [SUB]2045 - CENSUS [/SUB] Known Felon [SUB]M E M O R I E S[/SUB] Charlie "Brother Grim" Rami - A former member of the unnamed cult, Brother Grim is recluse and was a high ranking member of the community before leaving for seemingly no reason. He rarely likes to talk about himself but will go on about the cult's ideology and other beliefs from a more academic standpoint. Susan "Sister Suzy" Wren - Not really a member of the cult, Suzy was a person of 'questionable morals' who sold harder to get items to the community. Suzy and Wendy didn't speak much prior to the others' disappearances but the two struck up a friendship after the two met up in the abandoned plot of land. [SUB]O L D - S A M - B R O W N E[/SUB] - Book Bag - Old Cellphone - 9mm Beretta - A binder filled with notes taken down of given from Brother Grim on known cults, beliefs and some more supernatural 'facts'.
