Long ago, a Magitek experiment has gone wrong & dissipated into the air as all hell breaks loose, turning people into demons. The Sun may shine but its rays are a farcry from its former radiance, the sinister skies set a bridge between fiction and reality, an uncertainty of mankind's future. Still, with little resources at disposal, mankind's ingenuity proved more than enough to continually survive this 100-year mayhem, the Tartarus Pandemic.

Devilslayers — among the survivors of the pandemic are those who became immune to the demonic symptoms and developed a Mystery known as Resonium.

Your Characters regardless of social caste are bound to be enlisted in the Military Police Force to hunt down Devils as Devilslayers. As Devilslayers, you possess the ability to generate Resonium: a divine sub-energy emitted from your Ajna (Mind's Eye), making your constitution that of an Angel. Power progression and the system in general is based on[i] Mystery[/i], the more obscure one's magical abilities are, the stronger you are but the more its known, it's less effective.

No one knows what it truly does because only you, yourself can explain its blueprints.

Resonium is neither a gift from heaven nor curse from the underworld — it's a pathway to many unnatural abilities and as it stands, it's coined as an energy that defies the odds.

Resonium though is a combined word from resolution and symposium.

Beyond killing demons, everyone hopes to entertain research about this energy found in the pineal gland.
