191) The beginning of Turn IX.

192) Ashevelen gets bored and upgrades the Beholders to a 4 MP race. She names one of them her new champion and gives them an important task - get ready for war.

193) Lorelei and Astarte arrive at the Lonesome Masters’ Hold and meet the Oni Smith there. They reach an agreement on payment in exchange for the Oni’s services before finding out that Primes have been sighted around the Hold in the past. This sends Lorelei straight to the bathroom in a panic and leaves Astarte alone to be bullied by the buff oni woman.

194) Penumbra and Pyrrha’s conversation is interrupted by a wave of corrupting magic coming from the heart of the Malignancy. They travel there in order to determine what happened and who caused so much destruction. While Pyrrha was unaffected by the corruption, the shadows themselves were and Penumbra felt it. Slowly being poisoned by them but still, they had a question that needed answering. What’s the duality of this corruption? What’s on the other side? Eventually their suspicions proved true and Oa’qeisskesi was the one that created the corruption. As they have a discussion with Oa, the shadows themselves seem to move with life and someone else joins the party.
