This will probably be just before the One Year War starts, with players deciding I'd old events or new ones took place prior in this new canon. 
Newtype Ranking 
E: grants the user the slightest boost of 'luck' in battle, able  to sometimes feel an something is wrong just before it happens for a close scrape.
D: Able to push your machine to nearly max specifications, your battle sense is refined and can begin to psychicly connect with others of similar rank.
C: A burgeoning newtype, you are able to pilot newtype mobileachines fairly well and use their accompanying bits.
B: You are the equivalent to char aznable, experience will carry you far as a newtype as you unlock new powers and senses.
A: You are an powerful newtype the can rival Amaro Ray or even Kamille Bidan.
Able to weaponize your newtype powers itself to protect and attack.
