Also, it's not just a buff but a whole new ability, which is better imo. Downside is that we would only need it in niche situations. With her training and now enhanced ability, Kyouka is probably already the most convincing and charismatic actor in Mytheria lol seems like a waste to buff her even harder, unless we need to charm the Witch Queen's top general or something lol
